Ganapati Airport Hotel

It’s near airport.

Bed sheet was dirty all the bed was not in good condition.

Friendly staff, good location silent peace.

It is a good place to stay as it’s close to the airport and the room was good. I found the food to be great as well.

I think cleaning the room and changing bedsheets as well as towels daily would make it even better which I found lacking during our stay. Maybe, internet connection speed should be upgraded as it was quite slow so even digital nomads could select this place for their stay.

I had booked with breakfast and they told me it’s not included.i like nothing

Toilets was full of stains,too much noise coming from oust side,scary location,view outside was very doll,

the hotel is as good as shown in picture ,neat and clean, staff were also very good ,helpful ,good behaviour ,service is quick thats all ..

what i dont like is location though not good for parking vehicle ,also they dont have pick and drop service my suggestion is to implement that service which would automatically reduce the parking services …

Location is the best for one night stopper to catch the flight from TIA

There were plenty of cockroaches in the room. At the same day, the electricity was a huge issue. Heard that the meter or some parts were replaced/fixed. But did not work properly so light was not very stable. The generator also didn’t work well

Filthy Bed Sheets (Hair on Pillow, it was so dirty that I had to cover the pillow with my boxer), Tiny Rooms, Weak Wifi Signal, No food available.

Room

The staff working at the reception was new and was completely rude and have never experienced such hospitality. They look like they want to make customers fool and want money.

the hotel was a plus as it was within walking distance to the airport

We had a rat in our room (room 104) which was jumping on our beds, over our bedside table and landed on my head. We were up all night with it, and there were little cockroaches at the bottom of the bed too.

Never coming back

They should improve the service. The staffs are not trained properly. Cleanliness of the room: OK!! The food is worst. Got served cold tea in the morning.

my room was on the top floor so I did have a nice hike upstairs.

I liked how helpful staff were as i stayed with my ill child. Room seemed pretty clean.

Excellent location - stones throw from the airport

Hot water in the bathroom required opening the taps and waiting for hot water to turn up. (something about pipes needing to be flushed of the cold water)

Good Hotel, good bed, good hot shower (after 3min), good towel, good food, happy western standard =)

An elevator would be nice, but staff happy to carry all luggage. Also was very cheap, so excellent value and worth the stairs!
